Buenas noches, os dejo un enlace para descargar EPC y WIS para win 64 BITS, a mi con WIN 8 64, me funcionan.

Si si, si lo tengo todavía, pero solo podía instalarlo en Windows xp, con este puedo en cualquier ordenador
